Abstract Submission Guidelines

All abstracts must be submitted through the official congress website. Submissions sent via e-mail or postal mail will not be accepted. At least one of the authors listed on the abstract must be registered for the congress. Only the presentations of registered authors will be included in the scientific program and the abstract book. The presentation categories at the congress are as follows:

  • Oral Presentation
  • E-Poster Presentation

Upon submission, authors will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation stating “Your abstract has been successfully submitted to the system.” After evaluation, all authors will be notified of the results in writing. Once the acceptance letter has been issued, withdrawal of the presentation will not be possible. Authors of accepted oral presentations who fail to present their work without providing a valid and documented reason will not be allowed to submit abstracts for evaluation at the next congress.

Abstracts must be written carefully and checked for errors before submission. Texts uploaded to the system will be published in the abstract book without editing. Submitted studies should contribute to scientific advancement and must provide a clear concluding message.
